Advocacy Day 2026

NJACEP Advocacy Day is our annual opportunity to bring the voice of emergency medicine directly to state lawmakers in Trenton. This important event connects emergency physicians, residents, and medical students with legislators to discuss the critical issues impacting our patients, our practice, and the future of healthcare in New Jersey.

Participants will receive an overview of current legislative priorities, advocacy talking points, and guidance on how to effectively engage with elected officials. No prior advocacy experience is required — just a commitment to protecting patient access to high-quality emergency care.

Advocacy Day strengthens relationships between policymakers and frontline emergency physicians while ensuring that decisions affecting emergency medicine are informed by real-world experience.

Your voice matters. Join us in shaping the future of emergency care in New Jersey.
