The New Jersey Chapter of the American College
of Emergency Physicians is interested in formulating an active
list of speakers in the state of New Jersey and its surrounding
counties. With the increasing pace of healthcare and technology
associated with health care diagnostics, we feel that the
best way for our membership to stay ahead in their practices
is to provide them advanced lectures on relevant topics. While
organized conferences may be easy for some to attend, it is
our feeling that most of our members would enjoy the availability
of expert lecturers in their local areas of residence that
are free of commercial bias. We anticipate the ability to
offer C.M.E. credit with each of these lectures.
If you or select members of your department have certain
expertise on relevant emergency medicine topics, I would
request that you fill out the form below so that we can
enter it into our database. Submit as many forms as you
wish. Our hope is that we can use these lectures as a means
to attract community/academic emergency physicians, nurses
and physician extenders to gatherings where we may be able
to also market the value and importance of membership in
NJ ACEP. There will also be very strong efforts taken to
attract emergency medicine residents from both the allopathic
and osteopathic programs in the state. As with any organization,
it is important that we try to meet the needs of our members
while recruiting new members.
